Tony, Diane, Lynne, Janela, Hadyn, Trey, Kevin, Glenn and any others. Yes, my name is Kay Rowe and yes, I did decide on my own to look, find out and decide for myself, Yes, I was moving in the direction of going public due in large part to what I considered to be some very good comm cycles where I felt free to express my concerns and opinions. However, as those who were in personal comm with me should recall, I was reluctant to jump in completely and had many considerations that were holding me back. The shift came after having more comm and feeling challenged on my viewpoint. Specifically, I mentioned that I had major wins on the Basics and Golden Age of Tech and observed many others had the same. I also stated that I felt there was dropped out time and some exaggeration on much of the data I had received regarding DM, etc. Thus I took a step back and reviewed all the data on both sides that I had gathered plus my own personal experiences these past 37 years. Long story short, I exercised the greatest ability a thetan has and changed my mind and made it known to you which is my right per the Code of a Scientologist by LRH as well as many other LRH and non-LRH references. I do not regret for a moment connecting with any of you, reading the blogs and researching the data. I am stronger for it and know that I maintained my own personal integrity. I was willing to experience anything as well as willing to take responsibility for any ill effects created in either direction. If I were not, I would have just dropped off the comm line with all of you and not even bothered to communicate and certainly would not have originated a call to you – Tony and Janela, this morning. Now having done so, has only strengthened my conviction that I made the correct decision. Look at the majority of the comments to my posting. These speak for themselves- I was challenged by most for expressing my opinion once again, the very thing that caused me to change my stance to begin with. In ending this comm now, again I want to point out that I have granted you the right to your own decisions. I will not challenge you or make you wrong for this. I do not have any ill feelings toward any of you, there is no hate in my universe. I would like the same granted to me. This is my life and I have the right to make my own decisions as well as you do. That is all I have to say and expect this concludes our communication. All the best to you all.

Some of you know my true identity, some don’t. Whether you do or don’t at this point is irrelevant. I confess that I erred in posting my opinions prematurely. That said, I want to let all of you know that I am now satisfied that I have extensively looked and in doing so found out for myself and decided for myself. My decision is to stay with the Church and not be connected in any way to any Independents or those not in good standing. … This also means that anything I posted prior to this is hereby retracted. … I did report myself, including my two alias names, for getting involved in researching, etc. and did not get in trouble for it. So, I was free after all as a member of the Church contrary to your belief.

I decided in all due respect to those I spoke to and met with you are due a bit more of an R-factor. I was sincere in my reach out to you for answers. I really did want to look and find out for myself with no restrictions and did so with no repercussions. I moved through a lot of TA on the whole thing and there were many things that seemed to have a ring of truth to them. However, the more I looked, the more I was disturbed by the fact that all this yuck about your views and/or experiences with DM went public, not just Internet, but on the media lines and that is- per LRH, not DM or anyone else, a Suppressive Act. I also looked at all the wins- major ones that are stable and will always be with me, that I gained from the study of the Basics and the Golden Age of Knowledge, stable gains and wins I had from the Golden Age of Tech. I also looked at the changes I have observed in everyone I know who has experienced these and they are AWESOME! You have not been there on the Church lines to observe this or experience this for yourself as of late so you have no way of knowing this data. As you also recall, I was upfront and expressed my reluctance and the reasons for these. Well, I was sitting in the middle of all this and have now turned back the other way, which is my right. I looked at the fact that my connection to Church connected Scientologists has been good for me. I looked at all the people I helped and did standard, not crush sell, fundraising interviews with and salvage actions with for their own betterment and on their own determinism. I know myself and I trust myself. I truly care about people and that includes all of you. The fact that I will not be in comm with you now does not change that and never will. I truly wish you all the best. I do not think for a moment that any of you are truly bad or evil people, I know many of you too well to ever think that. It is unfortunate that we are not on the same team at this point. I hope this can be mended very soon.
